Peter Dumaine is Co-founder and Principal at VERICRE. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a BS in Finance, and has helped companies and investors acquire properties throughout the US. Since starting his commercial real estate brokerage career during his last year of college, he’s always pushed to find new ways to give his clients a leg up on the market. Whether working with an investor, a national retailer, or a local business, Peter strives to find opportunities and strategies for his clients that others have overlooked. Peter is originally from Baton Rouge, LA, but now calls Irvine, CA home.

Born and raised in Newport Beach, CA, Colin attended Newport Harbor, and later UCSB. Colin’s skillset revolves around his experience in office leasing and investment sales. Focused both locally and nationally Colin is able to provide his services to any caliber of tenant. Prior to joining VERICRE Colin served as an associate at Redwood West giving him unrivaled experience in the Newport Beach Coastal, Newport Center and John Wayne Airport Area markets. Colin resides in east side Costa Mesa and enjoys spending his time golfing, surfing and playing music with friends.

Lorena Sandoval

Lorena Sandoval is a Los Angeles native who enjoys exploring the city’s evolving neighborhoods, trying new restaurants, and all things local. Her keen eye for space layout and design steered her towards a career in real estate. She now specializes in tenant/buyer representation in commercial real estate transactions. She has been instrumental in many real estate deals throughout the Los Angeles Basin, advising her clients on all aspects of their real estate needs. She has represented national and international corporate tenants, navigating them through their lease renewals, relocations, build-to-suit, purchase transactions, and guiding them throughout the negotiating process. Lorena has consistently been one of the top producing office/industrial brokers on the LA Team. She currently lives in Los Feliz and enjoys walking around town, hiking, dinners with friends, and family gatherings.

Otto Jacobsen has focused on commercial real estate for nearly a decade. After graduating with a BS in civil engineering, he ultimately switched to real estate and has been serving landlords and tenants in Southern California ever since. Born and raised in Diamond Bar, he has insight into Orange County, LA County, and the Inland Empire. This has helped him negotiate on behalf of his clients and secure their space for their growing businesses. Still a resident of Diamond Bar, Otto and his wife enjoy access to the mountains and the beaches and have started a vineyard from which they produce Cabernet and Malbec wine in their spare time.
